The Gilbert real estate market has slowed to a more sustainable pace, with the median price of Gilbert homes dropping from $341,000 to $273,000 ($121/square foot). If you are in the market for a Gilbert condominium or townhouse, the median price has dropped from $213,000 to $178,000 ($135/square foot).
